Strength & Conditioning

Off-Court Strength & Conditioning is built for you — to move better, get stronger, and perform with confidence. Programs are progressive and age-appropriate, guiding athletes from foundational strength work through advanced power development with a focus on proper technique, core control, and long-term durability.

GROUP TRAINING

S&C Classes run Tuesday–Friday evenings and weekends.

All scheduling and booking is handled through Glofox — registration is required to attend.

Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training sessions and PT packs are available through Glofox! Open the app and search for Appointments to choose and book your personal training sessions.

Team Training

Bring your Team to Off-Court for coach-led Strength & Conditioning at a flat rate of $10 per athlete.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Ages 11–17 | W/F/Su

For strength that shows up in your game. This program will build YOU.

Learn to lift safely and correctly - from warm up, to workout, to cool down. Scalable for all levels.

Sessions are designed to build strength, power, and muscle endurance with Upper body, Lower body, and Full Body sessions that progress over 8-week training blocks.

We cover technique and control to progressive load. Athletic movement, balance and mobility work.

*Recommend attending at least 2 sessions / week for strong progression.

BUILD UP: Strength & Conditioning

Ages 10–14 | Tu/Th/Sa

This is where strong starts.

Learn how to move well, build full-body strength, and develop coordination, core strength, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

Athletes are introduced to age-appropriate strength training, basic sprint and jump mechanics, and athletic movement patterns — setting the foundation for long-term performance and a smooth transition into more advanced training.

LIFT-OFF: Strength & Conditioning

Jump higher. Move faster. Play stronger.

Lift-Off is the performance strength and speed program built to increase explosive power, vertical jump, and in-game force.

Athletes develop balanced strength through structured lifts, and learn how to apply that strength explosively in athletic movement:

Designed for athletes who want more pop, more power, and performance gains that carry over to the game.

Girls Lift Club (GLC) is for girls who want to learn and train in a fun, supportive, and seriously effective program.

Learn to lift and move like an athlete while building strength, speed, power, and total-body confidence. No strength training experience required.
